Glass and ceramics break!... BUT WE DON’T WANT THEM TO BREAK! Depending on how frustrated the delivery driver is on the day of your delivery, you may find a piece or two damaged. As much as we encourage our warehouse guys to aimlessly throw the vases in your order around our warehouse before packing, they will just not follow instructions. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good standing.

Damage claims MUST be reported to CHIVE within 7 days of receiving your order. We are really sticky on this issue. Please open your order upon delivery! Our couriers have strict regulations regarding reporting damages, and they are time-specific. Claims may be reported via phone or e-mail.

Damages reported OVER £25 are replaced with the matching merchandise and shipped out right away.

Claims UNDER £25 will be filed and recorded, and added to your next order.

But I might not order again.

Any damage claims that are not applied to a re-order will be issued a reimbursement after six months.

Um...er...I received CHIVE merchandise that I did not order.

This is our way of showing our appreciation for becoming a part of the “CHIVE Family.” Please review your invoice, which lists 10%- 15% complimentary merchandise. Please note that damaged complimentary merchandise is not subject to a damage claim.

WOW!...CHIVE sent us great FREE vases! Yup, we aim to keep you happy. That said, a frantic call reporting a £12 damage is not necessary.
